Warm and hearty, this Lentil Loaf is the ultimate healthy comfort food. Plus its easy to make and pairs perfectly with Thanksgiving sides. Not sure how this would reheat, but it only takes 45 minutes to bake, so you may as well eat it hot out of the oven.
Stuffed Squash with Curried Lentils
Stuffed Squash is one of those recipes that makes for a show-stopping centerpiece. This Curried Lentil stuffing from frieddandelions.com brings the naturally delicious flavor of the squash to the next level.
